1win UPI Deposit Cancelled But Money Not Refunded To Bank

On 14 May at around 9:43, I made a UPI deposit of 4,500 ₹ to my 1win account. The amount was debited from my bank account and I have a transaction/UPI reference number, but in the 1win app the deposit was shown as cancelled by the app itself and the money was not credited to my balance. I contacted 1win support about this issue and they only keep saying that they are working on it, without giving any clear solution or time frame. My money is stuck even though the payment was successfully debited from my bank. I request that the 4,500 ₹ be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, and that a clear confirmation be provided once the refund is processed.
