I Face Delayed Refund from Muslima Wear After Wedding Order Was Not Delivered

I placed an order with Muslima Wear well in advance, expecting the product to arrive before a wedding. Even though there was more than enough time for production and delivery, the item was not completed or shipped in time. Since the order was useless after the wedding date, I requested a full refund.

It has now been almost a year, and I am still waiting for my money back. At first, they claimed the refund had been processed, but no payment ever reached my account. Over the past month alone, I have repeatedly tried to get updates, yet they either do not respond at all or fail to give any concrete information on when the refund will be made.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. Muslima Wear must immediately process my refund and provide written confirmation. My trust in this brand is gone, and I cannot recommend them to anyone until they fix this issue.
