I Paid on Codashop to Open an Account but Got No Access or Refund

I paid ₺190 on Codashop to open an account, but after the payment was completed, nothing happened. The payment was taken, yet my account was never activated and the transaction was not even confirmed. I sent the payment receipt as requested, but no one got back to me.

Since I didn’t receive the service I paid for, I asked for a refund. But even that request has been ignored. It’s been days with no response and no resolution. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable for a platform that handles people’s money.

And I’m clearly not the only one—others are reporting the same issue. Codashop needs to stop ignoring paying users and resolve these problems. I demand either the immediate activation of my account or a full refund of my ₺190. Enough silence—fix this now.
