Unauthorized MTCGame Charge Taken From My TEB Bank Card

On June 9 at 2:30 PM, an unauthorized charge of $55 was made to my TEB bank card by MTCGame. I absolutely did not make this transaction, and I have no subscription, membership, or other connection with this company. As a result of this transaction, the total outstanding amount appears as approximately $55.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank and reported the issue. However, I was not provided with any clear information or explanation regarding the transaction or the status of the investigation. I have suffered financial harm as a result of this unauthorized transaction that I did not make.

I request that the amount charged to my account be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that the unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated and that I be informed of the outcome of the investigation in writing.
