Unauthorized $28 Epic Games Transaction on My Card

On May 23, 2026, at around 9:48 AM, an unauthorized charge of approximately $28 was made on my TEB Bank card through Epic Games. The transaction was carried out through an account I have no connection to whatsoever, and the money was taken from my card without any confirmation code being requested from me.
I have documentation of this transaction, including a receipt and account activity screenshots. As soon as I noticed what had happened, I contacted my bank and immediately had my card canceled. I also reached out to Epic Games, but have not received any response so far. This incident occurred only about three hours ago and I am urgently requesting that it be resolved as quickly as possible.
I am requesting that the approximately $28 taken from my card without my knowledge or consent be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that the necessary security measures be put in place to prevent any further unauthorized transactions from being made through my account.
