PUBG Mobile Unauthorized Charge Without Account — How to Get Refund

On October 26, 2025, at 2:13 p.m., I noticed that a charge of $53 was made from my Türk Telekom mobile line for PUBG Mobile, even though I have never played the game and haven’t made any purchases or subscriptions related to it. This transaction occurred completely without my knowledge or consent.

When I contacted Türk Telekom customer service, I was told that the issue needed to be resolved through support.pubg.com. However, I don’t even have a PUBG Mobile account, nor have I ever made any transactions related to this game.

I request that this unauthorized charge be urgently investigated and that the amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
