Requesting Full Cancellation of Unintended Mspy Subscription

Today, an Mspy subscription was activated because my son accidentally approved it. The subscription is under my name, and I submitted a cancellation request immediately after it was activated. I have not used any part of the service, and I want the subscription to be fully canceled. My customer number is 8873489, and my registered email address is Oz**********@gmail.com**. I have not contacted customer service yet; I only sent my cancellation request by email. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately.
