Mspy Charged Me $23 Without Consent After a $1 Trial

Through the Mspy website, I purchased a one-time package for $1 on my iPhone after a one-day trial. However, without my knowledge or consent, $23 was charged to my credit card last night and a monthly subscription was started.

I was never shown any notice or confirmation screen stating that the subscription would automatically renew, and I absolutely did not give permission for recurring payments.

My account is registered under the email address f***********@icloud.com**. I tried to contact customer support, but I was unable to reach anyone. I have also seen that many other users are experiencing the same issue and have similar complaints.

I request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the $23 that was taken from my card without authorization. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
