Cannot Reach Mspy Support After Noticing an Unapproved $22 Charge
I purchased a subscription through Mspy. However, I noticed from my statements that on September 6, 2025, $22 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I completed the subscription process using my email address a************@gmail.com**. I tried to reach Mspy customer service but was unable to contact anyone or receive any support. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I never approved any automatic renewal or additional payment.
I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the amount withdrawn be refunded to me. I am expecting urgent support regarding this issue.
