Mspy Premium Not Working After Payment—Seeking Activation or Full Refund

More than 15 days ago, I paid $57 for the Mspy Premium service through the Mspy website using my credit card on my mobile phone. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my account and I was assigned the ID number 8666569. However, during all this time, my Premium service has never been activated.

I emailed customer service multiple times to resolve the issue. Each time, I received an automatic reply saying, “Your issue will be resolved within two to three days, and you will be contacted by email.” But to this day, no solution has been provided and no one has contacted me.

Since I have been unable to use the service I paid for, I request that my Premium service be activated as soon as possible, or that my payment be refunded to me.
