I Face Unauthorized Charge and No Access After Subscribing to Mspy

Today, I subscribed to the Mspy program through Google, but before I could even access the service, ₺4,500 was withdrawn from my bank account. Immediately after the purchase, I attempted to contact Mspy for assistance, but I was unable to reach them through any communication channel. I received no support, no login credentials, and no usable service.

This is extremely frustrating because I paid for a subscription I could not use even once. I feel completely misled and financially harmed by being charged without gaining access to the product I purchased. I demand that my Mspy subscription be immediately canceled and the ₺4,500 payment be fully refunded to my account without further delay.
