Mspy.mobi Overcharged My Card for a $1 Trial and Blocked Access

About an hour ago, I attempted to purchase a one-day trial package from the Mspy.mobi application. The price was shown as $1, but after paying with my bank card, an additional $17 was withdrawn from my account. I was never able to use the application and could not access the service at all. My transaction confirmation number is 7264319. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I have been put in a difficult situation. I request a full refund of the amount charged as soon as possible.
