Mspy Double-Charged My Card and Blocked Access—Need Complete Refund

On September 17, I paid $1 for a one-day package on the official Mspy website using my credit card. However, immediately afterward, a second charge of $17 was withdrawn from my card even though I did not approve any additional payment. I selected only the lowest one-day package and did not take any further action, so I do not understand why this high second charge was taken.
I had not even downloaded or logged into the application after purchasing it, yet the payment was charged anyway. When I later tried to access the app, it kept requesting another payment, so I was never able to use the service at all. I contacted Mspy customer service multiple times; they only offered to refund one-quarter of the total amount. Even though I objected, my request was rejected.
I ended up paying a total of $18 (the $1 package fee plus the additional $17) for a product I could not use. I request a full refund of the entire amount I paid.
