mSpy Charged My Card Without Consent After I Dismissed a Feature Pop-Up

I’ve been using mSpy for quite a while without any major issues—until now. Yesterday, when I logged into the app, a pop-up appeared stating “new features have been added—click to continue.” I chose “Close” because I didn’t want to proceed.
Right after dismissing the message, I received a text alert from my bank saying that a charge had been made to my card. I was completely shocked. I never authorized this payment, and I did not enter or confirm any card details at that time. This charge occurred without my consent, and I have no explanation as to how mSpy accessed my payment information for this transaction.
I tried reaching out to mSpy support right away, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. This is unacceptable. If a user closes a promotional message, that is not a legal agreement to charge them.
I demand a full and immediate refund and an explanation of how this charge was even possible. mSpy must be held accountable for charging users without approval. If I don’t receive a response, I will escalate this issue through my bank and file a formal consumer complaint.
