I’m filing a serious complaint against mSpy for unauthorized withdrawals and subscription abuse. I have been unable to cancel my subscription—the cancellation page doesn’t work, and there’s no clear way to manage or stop billing from their platform.
Without my consent, ₺442 was charged on the 15th of this month, and again ₺796.56 was withdrawn just last night. I never approved these transactions, and I couldn’t even access my account to manage or stop the subscription.
I’m demanding a full refund and the immediate cancellation of all subscriptions, starting with mine. It’s clear from other online complaints that I’m not the only one being exploited by this system—many users are victims of the same silent billing tactic.
mSpy, this is unacceptable. If you offer a subscription service, you must also offer a transparent and functioning cancellation option. Until this is resolved, I will report these unauthorized transactions to my bank and relevant consumer protection agencies.
I urge others to be cautious. This platform is withdrawing money without permission and making it nearly impossible to stop.
