Mspy Charged Me Three Times and Ignores Customer Support Requests
I decided to use the Mspy parental monitoring program and made the necessary payment. However, I was shocked to discover that my account was charged three times for the same service. I immediately tried to contact customer service via their phone number, but no one answered.
For the past week, I’ve been emailing them, but I haven’t received any response. They’ve listed a contact number claiming to be a representative for Turkey, but no one answers the calls or addresses the issue. This lack of customer support is unacceptable. I urgently request that Mspy refund the extra charges and resolve this matter promptly.
