MSPY Subscription Fails to Work and Unjust Charges Applied

I purchased an Mspy subscription, expecting it to function as advertised. However, the app failed to access the banking information on the target device, making it unusable for my intended purposes. On top of this, I was charged an additional exchange rate fee without prior notice, totaling over ₺3,000. I contacted their support team via email, only to be redirected to other departments and told that refunds are not possible. This response is unacceptable for a service I cannot use. I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the charges applied. mSpy must take accountability and provide better customer support for its users.
