I made a payment for the Mspy app, expecting to use the service immediately. However, during the package selection process, I was charged a different and higher amount than what was displayed. I ended up being charged ₺1100, and despite paying, I was never able to use the app.
I tried multiple times to access the features I paid for, but the platform either kept crashing or asking for additional payments. I reached out for support, requested a refund, and received no proper response.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I feel completely scammed and ignored. I demand that Mspy refund the ₺1100 they charged me for a service I was never able to use. Fix this now and stop misleading users!
