Mspy Charged Me $69 Without Activating My Subscription, Requesting Full Refund

On October 29, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., I subscribed to the Mspy app for my Android device. Only the stated fee of $1 should have been charged, but instead, my account was debited for $4, $47, and $18, resulting in a total unauthorized withdrawal of approximately $69. Despite these charges, my subscription was never activated, and I was unable to use the app at all.

I completed the payment using my bank card, and I have all the receipts as proof. I have not yet contacted Mspy customer service. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue.

I request a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my account without authorization and expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights.
