On October 11, 2025, after making a payment through Mspy’s website using Papara, $14 was withdrawn from my account. Even though I used the membership, I am requesting a refund of this amount. During the payment process, I received a “insufficient balance” warning, yet the amount was still deducted from my account and I received a confirmation email.
I tried to contact Mspy customer service about the issue, but I have not received any response. This is the first time I have experienced a situation like this, and I request that my problem be resolved urgently and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
