We have just completed the Fjord cruise journey with MSC Euribia by 2 June 2023. It was wonderful. However, we have faced two unfortunate events with our luggage. The first one is related to embarkment. When we reached our room on the very first day, we found that our brand new luggage (250$ was the price) was cracked. Then, during the disembarkment in Copenhagen on 2 July, our other luggage (150$ was the price) came with broken wheels!! Then we found a responsible of MSC (GSH Natalia) in the port and requested her to help us. She prepared a form and informed us to apply the customer service. I kindly requested you to help us by giving us another luggage etc, as the luggage was not in a condition to drive. She informed us that it is not possible and we stayed there with broken luggage. It was very difficult for us to carry luggage with broken wheels. It was very disappointing for us! We had to spend a full day in Copenhagen with 2 broken luggage. It made our day terrible. I requested from Msc to compensate our loss, but no one contacted me and no action was received.
