MSC Divina Cruise Baggage Lock Broken—Items Stolen During Disembarkation

After completing the MSC Divina cruise on October 7, 2024, I discovered that my luggage lock had been broken during disembarkation. All the items I had purchased were stolen, with only the receipts left behind in the bag. Despite insisting, the staff refused to file an official report about the incident.

MSC Cruises has completely ignored their responsibility and failed to address the theft or provide any form of support or resolution. This experience has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I demand MSC Cruises take full accountability, investigate this incident thoroughly, and compensate me for my stolen belongings. Passengers deserve to feel safe and secure with their luggage when traveling with MSC Cruises.
