Ryanair Damaged My Luggage and Hasn’t Replied for Months

I travelled on Ryanair flight FR123 from London Gatwick to Dublin on 20 July 2025 and upon arrival I discovered that my baggage was broken. Due to this damage, my baggage is no longer usable and I have suffered a clear material loss. On the same day, I followed the instructions given by the customer services of the company at the airport and uploaded all requested information, documents and photos to the website they indicated. Despite this, I have not received any response for about five months. During this period, I have submitted my application multiple times through the same channel, but I still have not been contacted or informed in any way. In the compensation form I submitted to the company, I clearly stated that my compensation request is 75 EUR. I am requesting that this amount of 75 EUR be paid to me as full compensation for my damaged baggage and that I receive a clear written response to my application as soon as possible.
