I purchased a Monster Tulpar T7 V22.2.1 gaming laptop on April 23, 2022, and for the past three months, the battery has been draining while plugged in and at 100% charge during gameplay. This issue escalated when the SSD failed unexpectedly, leaving my laptop stuck on the BIOS screen.
I brought the laptop to the Monster service center in İzmir on November 14 and was informed on November 26 that the battery and SSD needed replacement due to wear. I approved the costly replacements but questioned how these components could fail in just 2.5 years. They assured me everything was “normal” and replaced them.
After receiving the laptop, I tested it at home and was shocked to see the battery still drains while plugged in. I contacted customer support on November 30 and returned the laptop to the service center. Additionally, the laptop is slow, the NVIDIA drivers won’t update, and Whisper Mode is stuck on.
I need this issue resolved immediately and free of charge, given the ongoing problems and the service guarantees provided. If further costs arise after claiming the laptop is “fully repaired,” I will escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
