Monster Notebook Screen Failure


On December 24, 2023, my brand-new Monster laptop, which had been sent for repair due to a screen malfunction, was returned unchanged, despite my request for a replacement. They said it passed their tests and had no problems, but three months later, the same issue arose. Currently, the screen is entirely blank, and when I contacted their technical support again, they simply told me to return the merchandise. Let me be clear: if my device is not replaced, I will take all of my videos recording the issue, as well as the product serial code and invoice, to the Consumer Arbitration Board, claiming that they sold me a defective product and failed to repair it. I'll file a lawsuit. Monster represents nothing but regret, and I profoundly regret it. And to top it all off, I purchased a Monster laptop for my nephew. We bought two goods for ₺60,000. Their products break down every two months. Listen up, Monster Inc.! Either return your malfunctioning item and refund my money, or replace the merchandise; else, I will pursue legal action.
