Cannot Receive USD via MoneyGram into Bank Account
Over the past three days, I've encountered an issue with receiving USD sent through MoneyGram into my Akbank account via Açıkdeniz. Every attempt I make ends in failure. I have been carrying out these transactions effortlessly for the past few years without encountering any problems. Whenever I reach out to customer service, they always insist that I must go to a branch in person to resolve my issue, rather than being able to handle it over the phone. How can I go about resolving this issue? I need your help.
