My Money Got Stuck in an ATM - I Still Have No Response From Akbank
While depositing money at an Akbank ATM on 15/05/2025, my ₺8600 got stuck. I immediately contacted customer service and filed a report about the issue. Unfortunately, even though four business days have passed, I still haven’t received any response. Customer representatives keep giving the same repetitive answers, without offering a clear solution or timeline. This delay is causing serious inconvenience for me, as I urgently need access to these funds. I want my money to be credited to my account as soon as possible.
