Mobile Legends Support Ignores My Issue – Demand for Refund
I have been experiencing an issue with my Mobile Legends account, and despite reaching out multiple times, customer support keeps ending the conversation without addressing the problem. Instead of providing a solution, they ignore my complaint and close the chat. This is completely unacceptable for a game that takes money from players but refuses to fix its own errors.
My issue is clear and simple, yet support refuses to even acknowledge it. Since they won’t fix the problem, I am demanding a refund for the diamonds I purchased. It is unfair that players are forced to deal with game bugs while the developers turn a blind eye. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will take further action to get my money back.
Mobile Legends must take responsibility for its errors and stop ignoring paying customers. I expect a swift response and a full refund for my purchases due to their failure to provide a functional game.
