I Paid for Diamonds in Mobile Legends but Didn’t Receive Them
I made a payment for diamonds in Mobile Legends, but I never received the in-game currency. Despite the transaction being completed and the money withdrawn from my account, the diamonds were not delivered. I even reached out via the listed WhatsApp support line, but received no response at all.
This is completely unacceptable. I provided my Order Number: 233293, and still—no acknowledgment, no solution. I paid expecting instant delivery, which is standard in this kind of transaction. Now I’m left without the diamonds and without any communication.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to file complaints with every consumer protection platform available, and I will pursue legal action if necessary. I’m asking Mobile Legends support to do their job and resolve this issue without any further delays. I expect a full refund or the diamonds I paid for—nothing less.
