Mobile Legends Refund Issue — All Heroes and Skins Deleted After Refund Request

I accidentally made a purchase in Mobile Legends and requested a refund. The refund amount has not yet been credited to my bank, but during this process, all my heroes and skins were deleted from my account. Not only the items from the refunded purchase, but every hero and skin I had unlocked and earned through effort and free gameplay are now completely gone. At the moment, I can’t play with any heroes — my account has been entirely wiped.

When I tried to reach in-game support, I only received automated responses, and my issue remains unresolved. This is the first time I’ve ever requested a refund. I can understand losing only the benefits from the refunded purchase, but I cannot accept losing all the progress and content I’ve worked hard for over time.

I request that my account be restored to its original state, with only the refunded items removed, and that all my previously earned heroes and skins be reinstated. I will provide the necessary screenshots and receipts as evidence.
