Mobile Legends Unfair Chat Bans—Punished for No Reason After Spending Money

I am seriously frustrated with Mobile Legends and the way they unfairly punish players for normal chat messages. Even when I say something completely appropriate, I still receive penalties—this makes no sense! I have spent real money on this game, purchasing diamonds, and this is how I’m treated? Is this the reward for loyal players? I don’t use offensive language, I just try to communicate in the game, yet I keep getting punished. This is completely unfair, and I refuse to accept it. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will take legal action against the game. Respect the time and money players invest and stop unfairly banning chat! I demand an immediate fix!
