Mobile Legends Missing Diamonds and Unresponsive Customer Service

My diamonds suddenly dropped into the negative with Mobile Legends, and they claimed a refund was issued, which I never received. My bill clearly shows the charges, but my account has negative diamonds and my heroes appear frozen. They request that I contact customer service, but there is no way for me to do so. This situation has left me baffled and frustrated, as my hard-earned diamonds have vanished without a trace. Mobile Legends must address this issue as soon as possible and provide a reliable channel for customers to express their concerns. It's inequitable to leave players in the dark with negative diamond balances and no way to resolve the issue. I demand answers and a plan to return my diamonds and heroes to their proper places. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and Mobile Legends should improve its customer service to help players in need.
