Mizuno Volleyball Shoes Didn’t Fit—Return Not Processed on Website

I ordered a volleyball shoe from Mizuno’s website, and the shipping was fast—I received it quickly and was excited to try it on. However, the moment I put it on, I realized it was too small. I immediately repackaged it and shipped it back on Monday.

Now, I’m facing an issue—the website still shows the order as “delivered” to me, and because of that, my return hasn’t been processed. I followed all the return steps correctly, yet there’s no sign of my refund or return confirmation.

I need Mizuno to update the system and process my return ASAP.
