I Returned My Mizuno Volleyball Shoes for Review, But I Haven’t Heard Back in 5 Weeks

I purchased a pair of Mizuno volleyball shoes, and within just six months, they started splitting open from the sides—completely unacceptable for a premium athletic brand. I returned the shoes to the store I bought them from, and they told me I’d receive a response from the inspection unit via email within three weeks.

Well, it’s now been five weeks, and I still haven’t received any update. I even called last week to follow up, but I was just told to wait a bit longer. Meanwhile, I’ve had to keep playing in uncomfortable, damaged shoes with no solution in sight.

This is disappointing, especially from a brand known for its performance and quality. I trusted Mizuno, but the lack of communication and urgency is frustrating. I need an answer immediately—either repair, replace, or refund my shoes. Please resolve this promptly.
