Mizuno Monarcida Neo 2 Cleats Hurt My Feet After Two Games

I bought a pair of Mizuno Monarcida Neo 2 Select cleats (size 44.5) directly from Mizuno’s official website. The size is correct for my foot, and the fit didn’t initially feel too tight. However, after just two matches, my feet were in terrible shape—blisters, pain, and significant discomfort.

It’s clear that there’s a design or material flaw here, because I’ve worn plenty of cleats before and never had this issue, especially not after only two uses. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially from a brand I trusted for its quality.

I want to return these cleats immediately and expect a full refund or exchange. I also hope Mizuno reviews this model and takes customer feedback more seriously. Please assist me with the return process as soon as possible.
