BC.Game Support Ignored My Requests to Reopen My Old Account

I am a BC.Game user, and I am writing regarding my blocked account linked to the email address aigbovbiosa1***@gmail.com. Around May 2024, I personally requested that my account be blocked. I had stopped gaming for a long time, but later I decided that I would like to return and continue using the same account that I had already built up.

Now I would like my BC.Game account to be reactivated. As far as I remember, there was no remaining balance in the account, so my main concern is not money but regaining access to the account I have used for a long time. I want to continue where I left off instead of starting over with a new account.

I have already tried to contact BC.Game several times. I sent emails but received no response, and I also tried reaching support through live chat, but I did not receive any clear or helpful explanation about how to recover my account. This lack of communication has been very frustrating.

I kindly request that my account linked to aigbovbiosa****@gmail.com be reviewed and reactivated, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why my account cannot be unblocked if that is the case. I expect BC.Game to respond promptly and guide me step by step on what I need to do to regain access to my account.
