Mizuno Signature Volleyball Shoes Fell Apart After One Use

I ordered Mizuno’s most expensive signature volleyball shoes for my daughter, who plays professional volleyball. The day after receiving them, she wore them for her first indoor training session and immediately noticed that the back stitching had come undone. Since she didn’t have a spare pair with her, she had no choice but to complete a two-hour practice session in defective shoes.
When I contacted Mizuno customer service, they told me to ship the shoes back for inspection, which would take 20-25 days. This is unacceptable! How can a premium product fall apart after just one use, and why does Mizuno refuse to provide an immediate replacement? I am extremely disappointed—I paid top price for quality and reliability, not excuses. Mizuno must take responsibility and offer a proper solution now!
