Mizuno Sent Wrong Shoe Size Despite My Calls—No Stock for Exchange

I urgently ordered Mizuno shoes for my students, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong size. I called twice to confirm the correct size and color, yet they still made a mistake.

After seeing numerous complaints about Mizuno's return and exchange process, I already regret my purchase. Now, when I check their website, the size I originally wanted is out of stock. So why should I go through the hassle of return shipping, waiting for a refund, and dealing with more mistakes?

Mizuno needs to take responsibility for their errors and offer a proper solution. If they can’t send the correct size, they should at least make the return and refund process easier for customers!
