Mizuno Won’t Process My Return—No Customer Support Available

I purchased a sports bag from Mizuno and wanted to return it, but I couldn’t initiate a return request because the website still shows the item as "in transit", even though I already received it.

I have emailed, messaged, and called Mizuno multiple times, trying to get help. I even dialed their customer service number (0312 326 19 06) over 20 times with no success. For a world-renowned sports brand, their Turkish distributor’s customer service is unacceptable.

After a week of no response, someone finally picked up—only to hang up on me mid-call! This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Mizuno needs to address this issue immediately and allow me to return my item hassle-free!
