Parimatch Turned My ₹300 Deposit Into a Locked Bonus Without Warning

On March 14, 2026, at around 9:19, I deposited ₹300 into my Parimatch casino account. Instead of appearing as a normal cash balance, my deposit was automatically converted into a bonus balance and temporarily restricted, which means I cannot use it as real money.

I did not intend for this deposit to be locked as a bonus, and I was not clearly informed about such a restriction at the time I made the deposit.

I have not received any helpful information or solution regarding this issue so far.
