Missha Essence Sunscreen Half-Empty Before Use
I purchased two Missha Essence sunscreens. I started using the first one with no issues, but when I randomly checked the second bottle today, it felt almost empty. Upon closer inspection, I saw that half the sunscreen was missing, and I hadn’t even used it yet. Since I’ve already used the first bottle, I couldn’t request a return for both. I paid a significant amount for these products, and finding one half-empty is unacceptable. If there’s an issue with stock, don’t offer discounts or promotions if you’re going to send incomplete products. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
