I Got Severe Breakouts After Using Missha Tone-Up Sunscreen

I purchased two Missha Tone-Up sunscreens for myself and one for my mom after seeing how many positive reviews and recommendations it had online. I truly expected it to work well, especially because it’s marketed as a skin-brightening and tone-evening sunblock. Unfortunately, this turned into a complete skincare nightmare for me.

Not long after I started using it, I began breaking out in a way I’ve never experienced before. My face is now covered in painful acne, and my skin is in the worst condition it’s ever been. I’m beyond disappointed. I regret buying multiple tubes, especially now that I can't even bring myself to use the one I already opened—let alone touch the unopened one.

I had such high hopes, and now I’m left with damaged skin and products I can't use. A product that's supposed to protect and enhance my skin ended up doing the opposite. Missha, if you’re seeing this, I want a full refund or return option. Please acknowledge that not all skin types react the same and take responsibility for these kinds of adverse effects. This situation needs to be addressed.

"The given number called me once, I was not available and couldn’t answer. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t reach them.
