Nivea Cellular Luminous 630 Serum Purchased from Gratis Was Completely Empty

I recently purchased the Nivea Cellular Luminous 630 Anti-Dark Spot Serum from Gratis, only to discover it was completely empty. Initially, I thought there was an issue with the pump and spent a considerable amount of time trying to make it work. When nothing improved, I decided to cut the bottle open, only to find out that there was no product inside.

I am extremely disappointed that such a well-known brand would sell a product in this condition. This is unacceptable, especially given the premium price for such skincare items. I demand an immediate resolution, either a replacement or a refund, as well as a review of quality control processes to prevent this from happening to others.
