At the end of January 2025, I purchased a tinted lip oil from the official Clinique website (Order No: 6788537686). As of today, the product has chemically separated, indicating that its formula has broken down. I have stored the product at room temperature, following the usage and storage instructions carefully, and it had shown no prior issues until now.
After about eight months, I noticed that the product’s texture had changed, and it appeared to have chemically deteriorated. I have not yet contacted Clinique customer service, but considering how quickly the product expired, I am requesting a full refund. I can provide photos of the damaged product if necessary.
I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution regarding this issue.
