Missha Foot Peel Left My Feet Burned and Irritated

On June 6, 2026, I purchased the Missha Peeling Foot Mask from the Missha Türkiye official store on Trendyol (Order #11289484182). I had used the same product last year without experiencing any problems, which is why I felt confident purchasing it again.

However, this time my experience was completely different. Instead of causing the expected peeling effect, the product caused severe burning and irritation on my feet shortly after use.

I am now on the third day since using the product, and the burning sensation is still so intense that I cannot comfortably put my feet in water or wear shoes. The irritation has significantly affected my daily activities and caused considerable discomfort. Since I previously used the same product without any adverse reaction, this unexpected and severe response has raised serious concerns about the product's quality, formulation, or manufacturing.

I respectfully request that this product be thoroughly investigated to determine whether there is any issue with its ingredients, manufacturing process, or production batch. I also ask that my complaint be reviewed fairly and that an appropriate resolution be provided for the harm and inconvenience I have experienced. If necessary, I request that the relevant product batch be inspected to help prevent other consumers from experiencing the same problem.
