Missha Glow Layering Fit Cushion Oxidizes and Settles Into My Pores

I received the Missha Glow Layering Fit Cushion on July 15, 2026, after purchasing it from the Missha Türkiye official seller on Trendyol. When I used the product, I was extremely disappointed by its performance, especially from a brand with Missha's reputation.

The foundation oxidizes noticeably on my skin after application, settles into my pores, and creates an artificial, uneven appearance. I have previously used foundation products from brands that cost significantly less, yet none of them caused such severe oxidation or emphasized my pores to this extent. The product simply does not perform as I reasonably expected based on its description and the brand's reputation.

After experiencing these issues, I contacted the Missha Türkiye seller through Trendyol. I was informed that the product could not be returned because it had been opened. However, the only reason it was opened was to determine whether it performed as advertised. Since the product's poor performance became apparent only after use, I do not believe it is fair to reject my complaint solely because the packaging was opened.

I respectfully request that Missha review my complaint and treat this matter as a product quality issue rather than a standard return request. I ask for either a full refund or another appropriate solution to resolve the inconvenience caused by a product that does not deliver the quality and performance that were reasonably expected.
