I Got Missha and Peripera Lipsticks Without Seals and Can’t Return Them
I ordered Missha and Peripera lipsticks from Trendyol, and to my surprise, both items arrived without any protective seals or hygiene bands. There was no way to tell if the products had been previously opened or used. As a customer, I should be able to trust that my cosmetics arrive safely sealed and unused—but that clearly wasn’t the case here.
I decided to return the lipsticks simply because I didn’t like the color tone. I never applied them, didn’t use them at all—just opened the cap to check the shade. However, Trendyol rejected my return, falsely claiming the products were “used.” This is extremely unfair.
How can they accuse customers of violating hygiene rules when they’re the ones shipping unsealed products to begin with? This completely violates consumer trust and raises serious hygiene concerns. This isn’t my first bad experience either—I've previously received a fake perfume from Trendyol.
