Issues with Miniso Order #50199: Incorrect Sizes and Unresponsive Customer Service

I placed an order with Miniso on October 25 (Order #50199), consisting of six items, which I received on October 28. However, the sizes are much larger than expected, and one item even arrived with conflicting size information on its tag and label. I would like to return part of my order.

I tried contacting Miniso via WhatsApp and phone, but despite being told I was the only caller with a wait time of one minute, I spent 10 minutes on hold without any response. This lack of support is unacceptable and breaks trust in the brand. I demand immediate assistance to process my return.

While the product quality is good, the inability to resolve issues and the torn invoice section on the box further tarnish the experience. I do not plan to shop at Miniso again unless these issues are addressed.
