I received the wrong product from Miniso, but I cannot reach their customer service for a resolution. Their support hotline doesn’t work, and they haven’t responded to my emails. Furthermore, their website lacks clear instructions or an address for returns. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable.
As a customer, I shouldn’t have to struggle to resolve an issue caused by the company. I demand that Miniso contacts me immediately to address the situation, provide return instructions, and send the correct product. Ignoring customers damages trust and reflects poorly on the brand.
