Miele Dishwasher Service Did Not Come Despite My Request for Help

I submitted a service request for my Miele dishwasher about a month ago, but during this time no service has come and no action has been taken. When I contacted the technician, I was told that he had not received payment from Miele for months and therefore could not come. When I spoke with customer service, they said the service would come, but despite waiting, nothing happened. Moreover, this problem has happened to me before, and I was left in the same situation. Although my machine’s warranty has expired, I still want to receive service. So far, I have not made any payment and have not been informed about the cost. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and that a service technician be assigned to me as soon as possible.
